Wayne Woo

Before joining Good Energies, Wayne Woo spent two years at the private equity firm Englefield Capital making investments in the European mid-market sector as well as for the Englefield Renewable Energy Fund. Prior to Englefield Capital, Wayne Woo was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London, where he advised on numerous transactions totaling over US$75 billion in enterprise value and where he won the 2003 Chairman’s Living the Values Awards.

Wayne Woo studied at University College, Oxford University, where he gained a masters in mathematics.
