Klaus Tönnesmann

Prior to joining Good Energies, Klaus Tönnesmann was an Investment Manager at Frankfurter Beteiligungsholding AG, a Frankfurt based Private Equity firm specialising in ‘old economy’ turnaround investments. As part of the management team he supported the turn-around of a non-ferrous metal wire manufacturer which was later sold to a strategic investor. Previously, Klaus Tönnesmann worked in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt . As part of the mid cap M&A team was responsible for the co-ordination of mid-sized private equity mergers and acquisitions transactions. He executed projects in different industries including mechanical engineering, IT-Services, and consumer goods.

Klaus Tönnesmann gained his MSc in economics from Technische Universität Berlin. In 1996/97 he completed the MBA program at the University of Edinburgh.
