Prior to working with Good Energies, Guy Dominy worked in private practice in the London office of Latham & Watkins, where he specialized in cross-border M&A, transactional private equity and initial public and secondary offerings. He also undertook client secondments to Diageo and Garrard, the former Crown Jeweller, in London. Before joining Latham & Watkins, Guy worked in private practice in the London, Hong Kong and Bangkok offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specializing in cross-border public and private M&A and securities work.
Guy received his Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School and completed his Joint Honours Law and German degree at the University of Nottingham, including a year of study at Göttingen University in Germany.
Guy is qualified to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales and is also responsible for the legal matters of COFRA London.
