Etienne Pollard

Associate, London

Etienne Pollard joined the London office as an Associate in November 2007. He works with the London team, primarily on downstream wind and solar transactions. Etienne also has an interest in early stage companies in the load management and green buildings sectors.

Previously, Etienne worked for McKinsey & Company as a consultant in the London office, where he advised leading global companies and governments on their strategy and operations, primarily in the areas of technology, logistics, outsourcing and climate change. Etienne was a core member of the McKinsey team that developed the authoritative and widely-cited CBI report on climate change – a roadmap for the United Kingdom to reduce its GHG emissions by 60% between 2007 and 2050.

Etienne holds a Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London, where he was also Deputy President of the student union with responsibility for finance and student services.
