Edwin Niers rejoined Good Energies as CFO in 2008 and combines this role with his responsibility as CFO for Bregal Investments and The Entrepreneurs Fund, two sister companies of Good Energies. Bregal Investments is a firm focused on private equity fund investments, direct co-investments and secondary transactions and The Entrepreneurs Fund provides early stage and growth financing.
He spent 10 years with the European clothing retailer C&A, where he worked in a range of functions in the buying, organizational development, marketing, and the finance departments. While working at C&A he lived in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Edwin Niers received an MBA and a Master of Law from Groningen University. He completed a Master of Retail Management (cum laude) from TIAS University Tilburg.
